Our dough recipe was perfected at Nightingale restaurant under the direction of a Master Pizzaiolo, our talented pizza chefs hand-toss and hand stretch the dough to perfection creating artisanal pies made with passion.

Malagutti Oven
Our exceptional pizzas are cooked a in specialty Italian Malagutti oven, a temperature of 800oF is maintained with the heat of the flame producing our signature bubble and char on the crust.
